According to Wikipedia: „Rich Dad Poor Dad is a 1997 book written by Robert Kiyosaki and Sharon Lechter. It advocates the importance of financial literacy (financial education), financial independence and building wealth through investing in assets, real estate investing, starting and owning businesses, as well as increasing one's financial intelligence (financial IQ) to improve one's business and financial aptitude. Robert Kiyosaki followed the book with Rich Dad's Cashflow Quadrant and Rich Dad's Guide to Investing. He has at least a dozen books published.
Rich Dad Poor Dad is written in the style of a set of parables, ostensibly based on Kiyosaki's life. A closed friend of mine recommended me this book, i thought the title was interesting, i read it and i found it full of information we can use to improve our financial life. I recognise i am interested in business, marketing and strategies about making monies, so i found it helpful for my career.
Until to read this book, my biggest goal was to buy my house and as majority of people i was thinking that i have to work hard and hard and maybe one day i`ll achive it. I still believe this, but this book made me think that i can invest clever and make a cash-flow that can help me to achieve my goal from assets that work and make the monies come to me.
I consider it an interesting book worth reading and can make you revalue your financial behaviour.
